Quick release back to wall toilet seat

Does anyone know where I can get a toilet seat that fits an existing quick release back to wall fitting? It's got a white plastic dial you turn to either lock or unlock the release mechanism.

I have no idea to tell you where you will get this. I think the person from whom you got this picture can give you the source of it.
I think you have to wait a while for a good answer from fellow members.
