Gaps in quadrant shower sliding doors - faulty installation or doors?

My bathroom fitter installed a Hudson Apex Quadrant sliding door enclosure yesterday onto a shower base that he assures me is level. The doors have a fixed magnetic seal and close only in the middle, leaving a gap at both the top and bottom. The fitter is at a loss to know what adjustments to make as all the fixed uprights, doors and enclosure frame are level (please see attached photos). Is this likely to be due to faulty installation (if so, what’s the fix?) or faulty doors? Any advice greatly appreciated.

Hi sweetjane,
I suspect the doors have been carried on their side by lifting at the centre of the aluminium trim which has pulled it partly off the glass in the middle. You could try correcting this by using a solid piece of timber held against the edge and hammer the middle. This must be done with care or the glass will break - it is not for the faint hearted!

Many thanks. Some careful hammering of the trims did indeed solve the problem!
