Is it OK to install a 90degree bend into a bottle gully?

Hello, I have a soil pipe coming from the end of the outbuilding to join the bottle gully which connects into the main sewer under the extension of my house.
As you can see in the two images https://imgur.com/a/uWL9ecH, I can just about fit an adjustable 0-90 degree bend to the other side of the bottle gully. And then fit another one once I'm in the trench to straighten it out.
Or should I think about replacing the bottle gully with an inspection chamber (if it fits) with feeds at different angles (The pipe under the extension is fixed - I'm stuck with the angle because the sewer runs right to left). Although with this option, I'm not sure how the rainwater down pipe and tap will feed into the inspection chamber.
I have building control that will check, but I want to get it right first time, and not have to buy things twice.
Thanks!
