Identify a concealed shower valve?

Hi all,
Can anyone identify this valve? It was fitted around 4 years ago, but the shower pressure has dropped, and I need to get someone to take a look at it. We may decide to fit a pump if this will help the pressure. We also suspect that the settings for the valve may always have been wrong, so it may be a case of adjustment. If we could identify the valve it would help!
