Condenser pipes leaking - trying to replace

My condenser pipe from the boiler is leaking and I would like to replace the pipes. I just am not sure what the names of the pipes I need are.
I have put a photo (the pipes are a mess!) I want to replace the whole grey pipe and then the p trap white one so they all fit with no leaks
