Mixer shower fed from ceiling

Hi all,
Looking to change my shower unit but I'm quite confused by the feed coming into my current shower. It has 2 separate pipes coming down from the ceiling, I've been searching online to see what kind of units are compatible with this system but can't find any answers or I'm looking for the wrong thing!
