Bathroom Sealant advice

Hi all. Just want a bit of advice on the sealant in our bathroom. I replaced it about 3 months ago as there was a fair bit of black mould behind the sealant. I ensured it was clean and the bath was filled before I replaced the sealant so that it was at full weight to replace the sealant. It was fine until recently there are 2 patches of black mould behind the sealant.
Any advice on how to remove the mould as I do not really want to replace the sealant again
