UPDATING TO DOWNLIGHTING

I AM REPLACING MY CENTRAL KITCHEN LIGHT WITH DOWNLIGHTS (SPOTLIGHTS).I NOTICED IN A PREVIOUS FORUM QUESTION THAT IT WAS STATED YOU CAN USE FLEX TO WIRE THE SPOTS INSTEAD OF CABLE,IS THIS THE CASE ON A 240V INSTALLATION?
I AM GOING TO INSTALL A JUNCTION BOX IN THE CIELING BY THE EXSISTING ROSE,CAN I RUN EACH SPOT FROM THE LAMP CONNECTION IN A CURCIUT.

I would consider heat resistant flex.
because u would b altering earth loop impeadances by enlarging
lighting circuit , i would seek advice of part p sparky.
just to guide u . most give free quotes.
