Thanks for answering my post so quickly
I did what you said
I put 1 black with a brown sleeve to the brown
I put 2 blacks to the blue
I put the 3 reds together but not connected
I put the 3 earths together and connect tham to the earth.
BUT they did not work so I swopped the brown and blue over,
I have lights but they will not switch off.
Can you help me out please?

I am sorry but it seems your wiring does not conform with normal system used I think the only way is to get an electrician in.
