is there a consumer unit with 16 amp rcbo switch? is it possible to replace a double pole 40 amp rcbo with 16 amp double pole rcbo on a consumer unit ? i can't find 16 amp rcbo and 6 amp mcb together in a consumer unit on the web.

I have often built consumer units with 16 amp RCBO feeding 6 amp MCB for caravan use. I would go to local whole sale outlet they are normally very helpful.
