hi ive got a bedroom light and i cant seem to be able to wire it up as on the light i have three cables and a conector but i have 2 blue wires and two brown wires and two earth wires popping out of the ceeling wich wire do i put where

Blue with brown sleeve to brown on lamp.
Blue without sleeve to blue on lamp.
All earths together
Two browns together (loop) but not to lamp.
