Can anybody advise me how to wire two way light switches from main fuse box.

There are two ways to wire two way lights the preferred method requires no junction box in the switch box. There are many web pages available to show you how including the projects section on this site or http://www.ericpalmer.fsnet.co.uk/Lighting.html for example.
