Kitchen Electrics Quote

Hi all,
New to this forum so I'm hoping that this sort of question isn't out of place here.
We've just been given a quote for the electrics for our new kitchen and we're a bit shocked at the cost.
I'm hoping that someone may be able to give me an idea as to whether this is the going rate or whether its over the top.
We're stripping out a fully functioning kitchen, installed in the late 70s with oven, fridge, feezr, dishwasher. I guess this may mean that some things have to be bought up to standards?
Anyway, the total cost has been quoted at 2500 excluding VAT.
And to give an example of the breakdown we have things like
Move ceiling light 2 feet closer to window - £64
Install double socket - £81
Install 7 spotlights (labour only) - £345
Install dishwasher supply, via grid isolator - £69
and so on.
Does this seem reasonable?
Cheers,
Scott
