prob a stupid question - replacing wall light

by 66bazbus » Tue May 15, 2007 10:57 am

Wanting to fit a replacement wall light, already has a dimmer switch.
The wiring in the house is old, and have removed the old light. I have no Earth wire (yellow/green), only the Red and Black.

Am I still ok to connect this despite the light having a connector for the earth wire.

Cheers
