induction hob wiring???

Can anyone please help i have just brought a new induction hob but it has 5 wires coming from it.Black and grey.Brown and blue which are joined together and the earth any ideas how to intstall and why does
it have 5 wires instead of 3???? :(

Designed for France. In UK it is same unit but does not come pre-wired.
In UK normally there are links so it can be feed with three core cable.
Web site will give wiring but maybe you will need to read French? But I am sure any registered electrician will soon work it out when he comes to fit it.

They are the new colours for 3 phase.

Are you sure its not a 3 phase unit? Does it have a rating plate on it giving the voltage?

The bit that confuses me is when you say the wires are joined together.
