I have unfortunately cut my satellite cable far too short! javascript:emoticon(':(')Can I just buy some cable from, say, B&Q and join it together, and do I need some kind of connection thingy? Thank you!

ccullen,
Google 'satellite cable fittings' and go to the site describing fitting F connectors - lots of pictures.

Try this link through to Screwfix and go to the search box in there. Type in labgear f and you will see coax F connectors there. http://www.awin1.com/pclick.php?p=23452 ... 071&m=1228
