Underfloor heating adhesive thickness

I have just installed my Warmup underfloor heating in my kitchen extnsion. The floor is slab concrete. I did not use any special insulation boards. I primed the floor, laid the underfloor heating cables and iled over it. The floor was very uneven and as a result the thickness of the (reccomended) flexible tile adhesive ranges from half a cm to two cm. I need to wait a few weeks before I can try it however I am concerned given how thick the adhesive is it won't heat my floor. Has anyone encountered this problem? Thanks, Mosman

Hi mosman, golden rule regarding floors is get them as level as possible before you put the flooring on.
Manufacturers instruction should be followed different kinds of underfloor heating out there, may be different installation requirements.
