It's your first post so don't know what your situation is, as your have not explained your problem. I can assume you are having problem with a ceiling light.
If you are replacing a ceiling rose for a new fitting that does not require the ceiling rose as part of that replacement.
The normal configuration is all reds in to a connection block with nothing else.
The two black neutrals to the blue side flex terminal of new light fitting and the black with red tag/flag on it which is your switch live to Brown flex side of new fitting, all Earth (cpc) to earth terminals.
Check your lamp (bulb) is not blown too.
Hopefully the candles can then be put away, remember to make sure circuit is isolated before you carry out any work.
