HI, WAS TOLD TO BLOCK OFF ALL THREE RED CABLES AND TAPE UP. THEN THE TWO BLACK SHOULD GO IN THE NEUTRAL AND THE BLACK WITH THE RED TAPE IN THE LIVE, WITH THE THREE GREEN/YELLOW IN EARTH. HAVE DONE ALL THAT AND NOW ABOUT TO REACH FOR THE CANDLES. PLUG SOCKETS ARE WORKING THOUGH. ANY ADVICE. CHEERS

It's your first post so don't know what your situation is, as your have not explained your problem. I can assume you are having problem with a ceiling light.
If you are replacing a ceiling rose for a new fitting that does not require the ceiling rose as part of that replacement.
The normal configuration is all reds in to a connection block with nothing else.
The two black neutrals to the blue side flex terminal of new light fitting and the black with red tag/flag on it which is your switch live to Brown flex side of new fitting, all Earth (cpc) to earth terminals.
Check your lamp (bulb) is not blown too.
Hopefully the candles can then be put away, remember to make sure circuit is isolated before you carry out any work.

As KB indicates theory is correct.
Re do , and check all conections, as sometimes when connections are remade, the cores can break and seem as if they are in, but are not.

HI, CHEERS FOR THE ADVISE. HAD A EUREKA MOMENT WHILST ON THE TOILET. WHEN BLOCKING OFF THE RED WIRE I SEPERATED THEM. NOW ALL TOGETHER AS PER THE DIAGRAM ON THE WEBSITE ALL IS WORKING.
