Coaxial or Cat5e

Hi all,
I am debating on whether to use coaxial cable for a cctv installation or Cat5e with video baluns.
It's 2x 12V CCD cameras, but the signal is one 1V Peak to Peak, SO I can get away with just 1 Cat5e because that's 4 twisted pair, and I can use 2 pairs for video and power each.
See otherwise I have to run uncomfortable coaxail...
Any tips?
