also, the 100ma, 100 amp RCD offers no overcurrent protection, the 100A refers to what loads it is designed to withstand, you still need to fit an appropriate MCB. If you don't know this, or how to calculate your cable size then doing the work yourself after notifying buillding control is probably not viable, they will make you rip it all out if it doesn't comply. as above, get an electrician, part P registered.
