Is it Ok to run a 3 metre long 2.5TE cabled spur from a ring main to a 13A fused spur / switched fused spur and then run a short (1 metre max)radial circuit for two twin sockets from that fused spur. The purpose is to provide power in a loft to supply two extractor fans and a 'power' shower (hot and cold water fed not electrically heated) designed to run on a 5 amp circuit.

Regards Alan

be aware though of the requirements for RCDs on these circuits. If your current socket circuit isn't RCD protected then use an RCD protected fused spur unit.
