cctv wireless

Hello there
thinking about the possibilities of linking a cctv wireless system at home, and then hooking them all up to a router or modem and having the motion detection settings on so that when anybody moves in my garden at night or when I'm on holiday, then I can have an email sent with pictures and or video files.
I would also like to login to my cameras wherever I am in the world to just check up what is happening.
Does anybody have the know how? I saw one website offering a system (Google"idealcctv.co.uk/mega-pixel-ip-security-cameras") but I'm not sure how good it is, is there anyone who can help me here?
cheers alot
