Replacing Bathroom lights, but cut-out too big!

Hi All,
The 4 spotlights in my bathroom are rusting and failing, and not even correct for the bathroom zones (stupid previous owner :( ).
Existing light: http://findnick.com/Ebay/rustyLight.jpg
The cut-outs are quite large - about 90cm, and that's really hindering my choice of replacement lights.
I bought 4 white zone 1 rated lights (about 90cm width), and installed one. It fits well, but it's still not big enough to cover the existing cut out! :(
New white light: http://findnick.com/Ebay/whiteLight.jpg
Both for comparison: http://findnick.com/Ebay/bothLights.jpg
Options seem to be:
1. Buy even larger lights.
2. Replaster bathroom ceiling.
Are there any other options?
I saw someone mention something about "inserts", but I've never seen any reference to this on the Internet, or shop websites.
Any help or advice is very much appreciated!
Many thanks,
Nicholas
