Hi,
Looking to fit an electric towl rail in a small shower room in my flat. This is basically an en-suite which contains a shower, toilet and basin.
Looing at locating the TR directly opposite the exit of the shower door. (its the only place the thing will fit and there is local power opposite to the partitioning that I can supply the TR from through the wall.
All protected by a 30mA RCD and all terminations outside of the shower room.
Anything I should be aware of? Is this sufficient?
Unfortunately this flat has no 'wet' system so electric is the only way.
Its rated at IP44 and will be class 2 piece of equipment once fitted and connected via 3 core flex through a thermostat.
Havent fitted any of these as yet so just making sure that I am on the right track.
Going to look up some more info on it but hopefully I will have some feedback from the wise ones out there.

Regards,

Hi,
only comment would be to have a sealed preset type of 'stat so not likely to be touched without use of tools ie cover screw,
