Outside Light - Confused

Trying to fit an outside Porch light. Cabling already in place - just need to connect my light!

Feed from inside the house has 2 cables linked into a 4 block Plastic connector as follows:

Cable 1: copper wire (E1) , Red (R) , Black (B)

Cable 2: copper wire (E2), Red (R1), Red (R2) (I have not encountered this type of cable before, R1 and R2 look exactly the same to me).

Block 1: E1 and E2
Block 2: B
Block 3: R and R1
Block 4: R2

Appliance Flex: Blue (Blue) , Brown (Br) and Yellow/Green (E3)

OK so I connect E3 to Block 1, Blue to Block 2 but how do I connect Br, to Block 3 or Block 4?

Would really appreciate any help with this.

Thanks

FOR DAVE Q

GOING BY YOUR INFORMATION

YOUR 4 WAY BLOCK IS AS YOU SAY
NUMBER 1 TERMINAL WOULD BE BARE COPPER ( SHOULD BE AT LEAST
1,O MM2 IN DIAMETER, AND THESE CORES FROM CABLE ONE AND CABLE
TWO ARE C.P.C ,s ( earth wires ). THEY SHOULD BE SLEEVED WITH GREEN AND YELLOW EARTH SLEEVING.
NUMBER 1 CABLE HAS A BLACK WIRE GOING INTO TERMINAL 2.
FROM YOUR INFORMATION WE ARE ASSUMING THIS IS YOUR NEUTRAL
CONNECTION FROM A LIGHTING CICUIT ORIGINATING FROM THE
NEUTRAL BAR OF YOUR MAINS BOARD.
TERMINAL 3 AS YOU SAY HOUSES THE RED FROM CABLE 1 AND ONE OF THE REDS FROM CABLE 2.
CABLE 2 I AM PRESUMING YOU HAVE TAKEN TO A ONE WAY SWITCH
FROM THE TERMINAL BLOCK. IF YOU HAVE ONE OF THE TWIN REDS WILL BE A PERMANENT LIVE ( BECAUSE WE ARE ASSUMING THAT THE RED FROM CABLE 1 IS A PERMANENT LIVE ORINGINATING FROM A 6 AMP
PROTECTIVE DEVICE AT THE MAINS BOARD ) AND THE OTHER RED CORE WILL BE YOUR SWICH WIRE WHICH OBVIOUSLY BECOMES LIVE
WHEN THE SWITCH IS CLOSED .
THIS SWITCH WIRE NEEDS TO BE AT TERMINAL 4.
SO TO YOUR PORCH LIGHT , IF IT A NORMAL FITTING AS YOU ARE SAYING THEN YOUR APPLIANCE FLEX WOULD BE CONNECTED AS
FOLLOWS BLUE OF FLEX TO TERMINAL 2 NEUTRAL CONNECTION
GREEN AND YELLOW OF FLEX TO ( E3 ) TO TERMINAL 1 C.P.C (EARTH CONNECTION )
BROWN OF FLEX SHOULD GO TO TERMINAL 4 WHICH HOUSES YOUR
SWITCH WIRE OF TWIN RED.
YOUR LIGHT SHOULD ILLUMANATE WHEN LIGHT SWITCH IS CLOSED
