Bonding in airing cupboard - connect to immersion as well?

Hi everybody, if I am putting supplementary bonding onto the pipes in the airing cupboard (old house and there isn't any at the moment) does it also need to connect to the earth of the immersion heater circuit?
Do I need to fit a clamp to the hotwater cylinder as well?
Cheers

Firstly please read our project on Part P of the building regulations. It is against the law to contravene these regulations and as well as being dangerous it may affect your home insurance and resale value.

Thanks but already did that they don't apply as its not a kitchen or bathroom - also have got to have Periodic inspection done soon and I know the bonding needs doing - may as well do it myself before the test rather than pay somebody else to did it when it fails.
Any help would be appreciated

Hi, no need to connect to immersion circuit earth, or tank, only 'current using equipment' actually in bathroom needs to be bonded to pipes,
