Looking to fit an electric heated towel rail in the bathroom. The element wiring will go through the plasterboard wall, to connect to a fused socket in the hallway. Do you just push the wire through a hole in the plasterboard, or is there something a bit 'neater'?
Something which looks a bit like a TV socket plate, but doesn't do anything except look neat? Something like this?

I would use a cooker outlet http://www.awin1.com/awclick.php?mid=12 ... ker-Outlet but any item fixed i.e screwed to wall comes under Part P so the work as it involves a bathroom will need registering. I would as the LABC what he will accept before you do the work. There is also the grid switch route all sorts are available.
