BMP Norfolk and RCD's

I am not answering BMP Norfolk post as I know once answered others will ignore it. Also I am unsure about the use of single pole RCD's in a bathroom. As far as I am aware only caravans, marina's, and EXHIBITIONS, SHOWS AND STANDS have to use double pole but regulation 422.3.13 and 537.1.2 seems to say that only where a TN earth system is used can we use single pole isolation.
I don't think the regulations require double pole RCD protection in a bathroom but personally I would like to see double pole RCD protection with a TT system.
Would like to here what others think about using RCBO's (Assuming they are single pole switching) with bathroom supplies where a TT system is used?
