Could anybody tell me if i can run twin and earth cable under my bath please? thanks

Yes it the terminating which presents a problem not the cable. Normally we look at any sides to the bath which need a tool to be removed the same as going into another room.

However one must ask why? As maybe there is something your missing out.

I am changing a cupboard into an airing cupboard. I am putting a radiator in there and need to put a fused spur in there also, so i can use the radiator off the electric when the heating is not on. thanks

If the airing cupboard is in the bathroom the doors would have to be locked. One has to use a tool (key is counted as a tool) to assess electrics in a bathroom.

But if assessed from outside bathroom can't see a problem. Assuming all other regs are complied with.
