Hi,

First off great site, been browsing many interesting posts for a week or so now.

I have a single ring main through out the house. I would like to split the ring into upstairs and downstairs, and add some additional sockets in all rooms.

Does this work fall into Part P or can i do the work without a building notice.

Hi Andy, thought abt this for a while!!!
As you would be adding a circuit& doing connection in Con. unit it would come under part P work ,regards SPARX
