Hi Bazza, if badly damaged you can get 2 small alarm joint boxes and a lenght of 6 ? core alarm wire & replace section of wire, ideally you should find which are 'tamper pair' & in JB's there should be an anti tamper sw on the lid. then you break one of the tamper loop wires by the switches so if someone tries to take of lid of box it sets off alarm!
If damage is in protected area (by PIR) then may not require this, if part of house insurance discount they could refuse to pay out after break-in if found not to be done this way, only you will know that, regards SPARX

BAZZA
IF EACH CORE IS CONNECTED BACK TO ITS ORINGINAL
POSITION, INTO 5 AMP BLOCKS , INTO A SURFACE BOX,
U HAVE TO STUDY ALARM PANEL COMMISIONING INSTRUCTIONS , AND ASSUMING NO DAMAGE TO THE PANEL, ( BLOWN
COMPONENTS, FUSES ECT ) U NEED TO RESET WITH FACTORY CODES
AS STATED IN INSTRUCTIONS. ASSUMED U HAVE DISSCONNECTED
POWER SOURCE FROM UNIT. IF NO JOY THEN SOMEONE WHO SPEACIALISES IN ALARMS WOULD ADVISE, OR STOCKIST OF PANEL.
