Consultation out now from DCLG about repealing Part P so no longer part of the regs!
Hurray!!
Hurray!!
No repealed yet and likely there will still be something to replace it.
Also that's only for England here in Wales it's now down to the Welsh Assembly as to what they do.
I have often wondered how a regulation written in English only was ever valid in Wales?
