Adding a light in your loft

I want to put a light in my loft. Whats the best way to go about it?

Hi, run from existing ceiling light to new sw. position, then on to light point,
AT sw, link blu Neutrals in sw. box spare term block, put L's in sw. terms C + L1.
Light then only has sw/live + Neutral + earth to connect.
At ceiling light connect, N to other N's. L to looped permanent lives.
