Confused with fitting kitchen spotlights

We are proposing to replace existing kitchen lights (about 30 years old)with a halogen lighting fixture which has a metal covering and wiring connections in a terminal block with live neutral and earth connections.

Existing lights are operated by a double switch. One of the lighting ciruits (furtherest from the switch) is straight forward and can be connected to a single ceiling cable without any problem. The other has a variety of cable connections into the existing ceiling rose (see diagram - link attached below).

From the diagram, we are thinking of connecting the new light wiring to the main terminal block as follows:

- Brown to black wiring identified by blue tape (tests live)
- Blue to single Black terminal on right side of terminal bock
- Earth to Earth terminal

Thanks for any advice if this is the correct fitting.

It was in the first post but did it get stripped out on purpose?
