Really easy this one? what is the best wooden and metal stud and wire detector to use both on solid and stud walls?
Mainly to detect pipes and live cables.
Cheers

I GOT A STANLEY MAKE WHICH WAS ADEQUATE FROM
ONE OF THE BIG DIY STORES.
THE BEST ADVICE WOULD B 2 GO 2 YOUR LOCAL ELECTRICAL WHOLE SALER AND START THERE. ( OK MIGHT B PRICY )
BUT U WILLSEE WAT IS ON MARKET AND GET AN IDEA OF WAT SUITS U.
MY WHOLE SALER NOW AND AGAIN COMES UP WITH THIS KIND OF DEVICE AND THEY COULD LINK U TO INSTRUMENT MANUFACTUERS.

Bosch do a very good one often seen in electrical wholesalers and tool merchants etc.

Also sold by Screwfix (Item 49160) for £69.99
