Instruction on Fitting a power shower

Hello
I'm wanting to fit and install a power shower......
Would a helpful guide like to walk me through the process.....?
It would be much appreciated.
I can plumb.....however....my experience has been on a much more basic level....fitting kitchens...outside taps.....
I feel confident in executing the operation.....just need to be sure I make the right cuts and fittings in all the right places.
I have the water system requirements....cold water tank in loft.
I'm sure there is a comfortable pattern to follow...Where to start....What bit first, second etc.....
I have done a fair amount of homework on this too......however...I began to get a little baffled in regard to fitting '*******' flanges...and the like and maybe nowadays not needing too???
'Triton Power shower...thermostatic'
Some clarity and a firm starting point with a little guidance as I work through...would be most welcome..:)
All the best and kind regards...
