Bathroom Canopy Bulb Help Please - How to Change Loevschall HD Bulb

any1 know how to change loevschall a s flat hd 859188 bulb in a bathroom mirror canopy HELP pls
Loevschall make many lamps and the bulb number does not get any hits so you need to give far more details about the fitting before anyone can help.
Today with LED bulbs there are actually lamps made where you can't change the bulb without very special tools. I know both my fridge and freezer state the bulbs are not user replaceable parts.
It would seem the Loevschall is a problem as there are questions all over the internet on how to change but no answers.
But try posting some pictures then maybe some one will have seen one before.
