Replacing Light Fitting on Ceiling and have a few Cabling Issues?

Hi - would be grateful for anyone's input.
Am replacing a standard ceiling pendant fitting -( end fitting on a 2 room loop) - but whereas the instruction leaflet gives me information about connecting up 2 sets of 3 core cables I find that I have 5 single cables to work with.
2 - green & yellow
2- grey sheathed - black
1 - grey sheathed -red
Tad puzzled!
