Momentary Switch for Timed Bathroom Extractor Fan

Hi

We are decorating the bathroom. I am replacing the old extractor fan with a new quiet version. We do not need the fan to come on with the lights. Instead, I would like to have a momentary button that triggers the fan to run for it's set time. There is already an isolator installed outside the bathroom.

Firstly, would I just use something like this:

and is there anything I need to consider with the wiring?

I would use a pneumatic time delay switch like this http://www.screwfix.com/p/elkay-columbu ... itch/68088 that means you don't need timer in the fan.

Although it does not give an IP rating or say if OK for bathroom use, the design means electrical parts are far more remote to the users hands than with a standard switch. So I would feel happier using one of these.
