Hi forum can you gie some help on a project im doing.
I want to have 3 seperate lighing circuits running off on 3 gang switch.
So i can have either 1, 2, or all 3 lights on.

My question is this am i alright using 1mm cable for the lighting.?
And the wiring in the switch could do help with.

Do you think its ok and still withing regulation to use this form of wiring as in the image below. Any help appriciated..

I see no problems clearly the junction will be insulated, but that is a valid method.

There are two basic ways to wire a lamp, one use the ceiling rose as a junction box, this means permanent line at the lamp good for ceiling fans and emergency lamps. second is use the switch back box as a junction box, good for using PIR's and dimmers where the items need both line and neutral. Both have pros and cons and both can be used.
