Ballast Starter for Bathroom Cabinet Light

OK have a bathroom cabinet and the starter has given up or I assume its the stater as power goes to it but the lights don`t fire up. as with lots of these the components are Chinese and cant find anything on the web and no contacts available for company.its a Kebaohengji rapid start model KBHJ215,T8 Lamp9s0 4 pins.
use 2x15w. 220-240 volts 50hz line current :0.14A

any help appreciated cheers

Google "15W T8 twin ballast" loads of options. I know the problem it is what to put in the search. I hope this helps? Note HF ballast will make the tubes last longer, and is more efficient, slightly more expensive but worth it.
