Supplementary Bonding question

Hi,
For those who don't know already I'm a newbie Part P ... and feel very part P ... I'm looking at replacing a Consumer Unit in a flat and need to check out the supplementary bonding in the bathrooms.
The mains water enters the flat in the ensuite bathroom which has a celing light as well as a wall light and shaver both fed from the same MCB. It also has an electric shower fed off a separate MCB. The only exposed metal are the hot and cold water and a radiator.
I intend to ensure that there is a 4mm bond between the electric shower, lighting circuit and the water pipes and radiator.
I'm uncertain what to do about the mains water pipe. It is bonded back to the Consumer Unit already with the required 10mm earth. Is it a requirement to also ensure that it is also supplementary bonded to the shower and lights?
Many thanks in advance for any advice ... and retrospective thanks for previous assistance.
Peter
