Worst Electrics Ever With Sockets Fitted into Concrete Floor

I had a job the other day to re-wire a kitchen for a nice young couple, after we had ripped the whole lot out so he could have new kitchen fitted i found sockets fitted into the concrete floor underneath appliances such as washing machine, fridge and dishwasher! iv never been so amazed at stupidity, i had to sit down for 5 minutes!
