how would you wire a land lords switch/override switch in a lighting circuit with 2way, intermediate and emergency light switch

do you want to overide to on or to off?,
emergency light ? is it normally lit ie maintained or does it only come on during power failure ie non-maintained . the answer also depends on method of wiring ie is it looped in so called 3 plate at first light, lots of options, also where do you want to control it from? switch in a locked cupboard, key switch? sorry for ??? but need more info. regards SPARX
