2 Gang Switch Wiring for Single Upstairs and Double Switch Downstairs

I’ve have a two gang switch downstairs and a single switch up stairs which I’m looking to find the correct solution for wiring. Downstairs I have 2 yellows, 2 red, 2 blue and earth and upstairs I have 2 red in (1) yellow (com) 1 blue, 1 black (red sleeve) in (2) and earth. Two gang socket I hav 2 Coms, 2 L1 and 2 L2. I’m really stumped on where to go
