Wiring Issue With Very Tidy Cable

Hi. I've just removed a plug from an appliance and found the wiring had been treated in a very tidy manner as shown in the picture attached. Does anybody know of a kit or tool that handles stripped wires in this fashion?

I am not exactly sure what you are asking, but the brass items you are looking at are called "ferrules" and are put on with a crimper.

Called ferrule crimps cheapest pliers are around £10 plus need the crimps.
