Double Switch Replacement Wiring Query

Replacing old double switch in hall, one switch operates downstairs, red wire is to com black wire is to 1 way

Upstairs Switch red wire is to com
Blue wire is to 1Way
Yellow wire is to 2 way

If I connect new switch like to like is this ok

You only mention the colours for one "gang" of your downstairs switch. (The red and the black)
The other "gang" of the downsatirs switch should be the same as the upstairs switch.

But yes, connect like for like, no problem. You would also be well advised to mark the cables with a pen then take a picture on your phone, then check to see if the picture is in focus.

Also most 2 gang switches are 2 switches, with one being upside down in relation to the other switch, but the markings are correct.

Sorry the other gang down stairs switch is as you said
Red wire Com
Blue 2 way
Yellow 1 way
Only changing the downstairs double switch as one of the rocker switchs is a bit stiff.
Same wiring colour up stairs but not changing that one.
Have changed one way switches before but not double ones.
