Voltage drop on cable for a borehole type pump

I’m installing a borehole type pump around 150m from the generator it will be powered by. The pump is rated at .55kW so 4mm armoured cable should do the job accommodating the voltage drop. however pumps like this have a power spike of around 3.5x when they start up - how does this affect 5e calculation? Do I need to size the cable for 2kW?

I make volt drop at 10 amp to be around 14.6 volts, i.e. the start current, and I would not expect there to be a problem.
