Hi - I’m looking to fit smart light switches which requires a neutral wire. My room has a single and double switch On my double switch. I have black wires connected together out with the fitting, I’m assuming these are neutral. On my single switch I have a red, blue and yellow wire, blue going to L1 and yellow going to L2. Is the blue or yellow a neutral wire ? Many thanks.

The pictures speak a thousand words.
I would guess (By the way they are connected) that the single blacks are indeed Neutral.
However the blue yellow and red wires you have are used for "2 way switching" (Where you can turn on the light from this switch and go say upstairs, and turn the same light off) this means that you have to have a smart switch that can do "2 way switching" not all of them can, and you are going to need a 2 gang 2 way smart switch, I believe they exist but can not recommend one as that is down to personal taste.

Gang, in this case means number of buttons a switch has, as you have said your switch has two buttons, so it is a 2 gang, and because you can switch the light off elsewhere as well it is 2 way. Hence 2 gang 2 way.

Also measure the depth of the back box you currently have, a lot of smart switches need a back box that is 35mm deep.
